Delivery Time

Shipping Charges

• Orders above ₹499: Free standard shipping
• Orders below ₹499: ₹49 shipping fee
• Express delivery: Additional charges may apply

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking information. You can use the tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact our support team with your order number. We will work with the delivery partner to locate your package.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. If an order has already been shipped to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

A return or replacement request can be raised within 7 days of delivery if:

• The book was damaged during shipping.
• You received a defective or misprinted book.
• You received a different book than the one you ordered.
• Pages are missing or significantly damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

• Books damaged after delivery due to improper handling.
• Books with writing, highlighting, or markings made by the customer.
• Used or heavily damaged books.
• Digital books or e-books after purchase/download.
• Items returned after the 7-day return period.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact our customer support team with:

1. Your order number.
2. Reason for the return.
3. Clear photographs of the book and packaging, if applicable.

Our team will review the request and provide further instructions.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Replacement

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect book, we may offer a replacement at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect book, we will cover the applicable return shipping costs.
