Order Processing

Order Tracking

Incorrect Address

• Used or heavily damaged books.
• Digital books or e-books after purchase/download.
• Items returned after the 7-day return period.

How to Request a Return

2. Reason for the return.
3. Clear photographs of the book and packaging, if applicable.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Replacement

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect book, we may offer a replacement at no additional cost, subject to product availability.
