About the exam :

TNPSC Group 2 is a state-level examination conducted by TNPSC to recruit candidates for civil services in Tamil Nadu. TNPSC conducts exams for two types of Group 2 posts: Interview post and Non-interview post. A total of 1500+ vacancies will be opened for these posts. Notification for the recruitment will be shortly announced by TNPSC.

Age limit :

18 to 30 years is the age limit for candidates belonging to general category.

There is no upper age limit for candidates belonging to SC/ST/BC/BCM and MBC.

Educational Qualification :

A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory for most of the posts.

However, the educational requirement varies for each post. 

All candidates should possess sufficient knowledge of Tamil.
